Permanently delete a SwasthaID account
Use this page if you need to verify ownership and permanently delete a SwasthaID account without signing into the mobile app. The same deletion removes linked family records and patient cloud data associated with that account.

Before you delete
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Linked family profiles owned by the same account will be deleted at the same time.
- Cloud-hosted reports, clinical logs, patient-issued tokens, and push-token metadata will be removed.
- If you still have access to the mobile app, you can also delete the account from Profile - Delete Account.
How the public deletion flow works
- Enter the email address for the account you want to delete.
- Request a 6-digit code for the account you want to delete.
- Verify the code and type the final confirmation phrase.
- The backend reuses the same permanent patient-deletion service used by the authenticated mobile flow.
